Hours of brining, tumbling and naturally smoking (in our traditional brick smokehouse) helps produce these succulent dinner classics your family will love!!
If you are used to frying the mass-produced brands of bacon you buy at the local grocery store, you may be surprised when you cook ours as the pan won’t be filled with water. Commercial meat cutters sometimes add additional water to their bacon and other meat products for extra weight so they can charge you more…WE DON’T BELIEVE IN THAT!! You’ll be amazed at the difference. Our hams and bacon are finished off to perfection in our beloved brick smokehouse. This old fashioned smokehouse is a treasure to us; right here on site, this well-seasoned gem creates an unparalleled depth of flavor to our smoked products you can’t find just anywhere!!
