Garry hand-inspects every piece of meat (pure pork butt and lean, aged beef is used) before it goes into the grinder. Sausage-making is Garry’s specialty and he sets out to ensure that our customers never find gristle, bone fragments or blood spots in their sausage. Crafted with care, our fourteen delicious varieties of sausage boast freshly ground, quality meat and mouth-watering seasonings. Our special, line of South Country Sausage comes in four varieties of flavors so even the sensitive eaters can enjoy a safe, delicious and hand-made sausage. This particular line of sausage is all natural; gluten free and worry free for those who suffer from celiac disease or have a gluten allergy. We wanted everyone to be able to enjoy the quality that comes from our old fashioned goodness and we work hard to satisfy every taste…even those with delicate diets.
